Property Access Services

Property Access provides a platform to matching the requirements of prospective buyers and tenants with those of landlords and sellers. We make every effort to see that both parties get the right value for their time and money.

The Property Access property agency team are registered and licensed under the Estate agent Act Cap 533 of the laws of Kenya. In addition, we are registered and licensed valuer’s under the Valuers Act Cap 532 therefore well placed to add value to clients by advising on the best price or rent of the property based on market value. 

• For buyers, we identify options that suit the client’s requirements regarding preferred location, preferred property features, and preferred budget subject to our advisory based on market knowledge. We provide risk assessment advisory on the client’s preferred option. Once the client approves the option, we conduct due diligence to ensure that they have mitigated the identified risks to avoid our clients losing money.
• For sellers, we inspection of the property, develop a marketing strategy regarding the property and client’s requirements, marketing, and finally negotiating sales terms and liaising with the legal agents for the buyer and the seller.  
• We sell/ buy commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties for our clients.
